He is inserting the word upsexy randomly inside the sentence to make the other person question why the fuck is that word there so they would reply with what's upsexy as in what do you mean by this or what does it mean You then play it off as they said whats up sexy as in how you doin and you reply back with something like nothing much sexy how about you.
