I cannot seem to download the ij scan utility for it, and when i go to the site for it on the canon website, it says there is no longer support or downloads available for this model Any idea how i can scan on this thing I have a multifunction printer (pixma tr8520) After scanning several sets of pages, and exiting the ij scan utility, all the pages disappeared Scangear is the actual interface between thescanner and computer and the ij scan utility provides shortcuts to easier scanning by using presets Scangear can be accessed using the ij scan utility as well.
Hello, i just purchased a canon pixma ts6420a printer/scanner For use on a mac running sequoia 15.4.1 Followed the setup instructions (downloaded installation software, etc.) for wifi connection Everything seemed to install correctly Printer is connected via my wifi router, prints fine from m. But i cannot assign the output format pdf/multiple pages to the physical pdf button on my lide 300 scanner, even though i am using the source document.
