What worked for me was using a different browser Thelocalotaku_ said using a vpn worked For example in this video the quality is so clear I've tried upscaling programmes but tiktok only allows up to 1080p uploading so it's meaningless I'm aware that you can put certain grades and effects on anime videos to make trick the eye to make it look more high quality but this seems like its on a different level Any insights would be great.
Can't follow anyone in browser on desktop I can follow people on the app on my android just fine But as i am logged into… I reported it to tiktok on 3 different account because i know that tiktok most likely wouldn't reply on one or even two of them but the chances of getting a response would be higher with 3 accounts I reported that my account was hacked around 15 hours ago and just got a response. If you have no tiktok account i do believe you still can view their profile without them knowing
