It is not that hard to figure out once you get used to it. I'm new to 3ds max as of today I need to connect one side of this mesh to the other How can i select vertices and create faces from them Like this picture.thanks for any and all help! I am looking for ilogic that would ideally be ran from the assembly edit environment and allow me to choose a face (maybe in the active sketch?) and then delete and/or trim all lines or geometry found outside of that face
I am looking for a quick way to do scribed lines I have ilogic code that alr. A global control in visibility graphics which allows the user to hide the lines which make up the edges of a split face At the moment you can only manually hide them with the linework tool. Therefore, families that are hosted to a face are necessary Load in the desired family and place one instance of each type on the host.
I would like to align an object (the hemisphere in the figure) on top of a face of another object (the selected face in the figure) I tried with align and snap tools but i could not reach my goal I'm totally new to this and can't find a solution anywhere about this problem I'm trying to select faces however it will not select the faces that i want. Hi i am trying to perform a simple finish turning profile on my part but fusion360 does not like it i guess Maybe i am doing something wrong
Can some one have a look and explain to me what my mistake is This is the profile i am trying to cut Occasionally i may get an stl file that has no original source file and i will convert the mesh to a body so i can modify it If the object is simple and has several faces on the same plane is there a way to merge these faces so i can bring the body closer to it's original state Hi, does anyone have any idea on how to fix this warning?warning Cup opening scketch 1 reference failures the model is using cached geometry to solve
As you can see in the image that magenta face was probably automatically add. Following this tutorial (from maya 2016) I select the face, then select the curve using shift+select, go to edit mesh > extrude and open the dialog box I have selected toggled in the curve settings (this seems to be to solution to other forum posts i've found, but that is not the case for me) I have a face hosted family instance, if i delete the host parent element, the face based family instance got <not associated>, am trying to rehost to new host element face reference, is there any api to do that in revit, and i am using to create face family instance by doc.create.newfamilyinstance(.
