They were taken last night after starting my pro tan I am still carbing up and applying more coats of pro tan and dream tan I know no one has worked harder or been more dedicated than me these past 4 months I've put all my physical and mental energy into being the best i can be and feel prepared. Bench press question/observation 1/2 way down I haven't done bench press for quite a few years because of a shoulder injury (it's healed, so looking to get back into it).
Everywhere i've read, no matter what source, seems to agree that the very best thing to avoid plateaus is to change your workout program every 6 weeks or so Everyone seems to agree that the muscles. I just recently became a cpt through issa but believe it or not i've been a pt for a long time working at clubs such as equinox and several mom and pop type gyms as well as freelance work I saw this thread and it intrigued me. I just passed my nasm cpt test on the first try today It really wasn't that hard at all since its 120 questions and they give you 2 hours to complete it.
8456 ^ that was an awesome post It's recently come to my attention that there are two different types of hypertrophy and the higher rep scheme is actually better for the type of hypertrophy that builds bodybuilder muscles (look strong, as apposed to being strong pound for pound)
