I had a technical question for them in regards to a snorkel plus a warranty issue I also installed their “smilin bobs” breather extension kit and ran it all into the air box I’d say the install took me around 3 hours It’s super straight forward, the only hiccups i encountered were putting in the piece under. The hauk seems pretty bullet proof but the rr seems to install a bit cleaner Plus with the rr it has both the high and the low mount, using the low mount allows you to lower the windshield without changing any thing and you switch to the high mount with just 4 bolts
I included the rr install vid below jic you haven't seen this model yet. I owned the river raider snorkel, rock rail, and rear bumper on my jk Now the snorkel held up great but the rock rails and rear bumper had nothing but problems Mainly due to the paint on both peeling and rusting underneath, and the tire carrier sagged over time. Does anyone have familiarity with hauk off road bumpers (predator series) for 2019 jl I love the look however i am concerned about the rear tire carrier
Kenny hauk does make some really solid products.he's local to us in pa actually Only about 3 hours away from where we're located. Of all of the systems currently offered, i like the rugged ridge version most My second choice would be hauk's river raider system I prefer snorkel systems that stay under the hood and use the cowl for the intake This means you (and all other users) can edit and add to the list, and we encourage you all to do so in order to keep the list comprehensive and updated
All changes/revisions are recorded, so no funny business please. I have no experience with the hauk limb risers I used to run offroad elements' limb riser kit when i had my jk, but unfortunately, they're not making limb risers for the jk or jl platforms.
