Thanks and sorry if this is a stupid question New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be cast. About seven years ago, someone used my account number and routing number to try to transfer money out of my account I disputed it the same day, but the bank couldn’t guarantee it wouldn’t go through I spent a tense few days worried about it So contact your bank’s fraud department immediately.
Your account number should be listed on your statement The routing number you might need to call in to chase support to verify as chase has many routing numbers. If you have a checkbook, the account number and routing number are on the bottom of each check If not, you should be able to find the routing number by searching the chase website Search by your branch location Your account statements should have your account number
Many banks now let you send money directly to people if you have their routing and account numbers When i wanted to pay an acquaintance using this method i needed their account and routing number, but they refused. Everytime i login to the app i can hit show details on mobile and web to view the routing number and account number It has always been like this.now it is not Does anyone else have this problem where the account number and routing number are no where to be found If it's worth it there's for some reason a $1.00 hold on the account.
