If you are using webxr, ensure your browser supports. My experience using slr used to be like this Log onto the website (not the hub!), click on any video, get this option that tells you if you want to enter immersive mode, and there you go, you are on the video in a fully immersive 3d experience I no longer get the option to get into immersive mode, and now i have to use the hub for that.
