I have the same car and there is no sign of oil anywhere on my engine so, at a guess, i'd say there is a leak and it needs to go back to where you bought it from and get a courtesy car while they fix it.

Drove it home yesterday and engine light came on, car ran fine all the way home Lifted the bonnet this morning and found oil on top of engine sitting it a crease of an engine part Anyone know what it is?? The leak turned out to be the pump seal on the front of the transmission behind torque converter I'm glad i went ahead and had it taken care of, but i'm ready to get back into my truck! The mating surfaces between the oil lines and the turbo are somewhat precision surfaces and can be damaged

This means that even if you install a new gasket and bolts and torque everything to spec you may still have a leak. I have a 2016 1.0 ecoboost focus with low mileage Recently i have noticed some drips of oil coming off the tray under the engine, noticeable on garage. Unfortunately, ecoboost turbochargers sometimes fail, usually due to oil leaks or other issues Coolant leaks can lead to overheating and engine damage.
