In order to fix it, you can try tightening the gland nut and seeing if this stops the leak. Looks like it has a gland that needs re packing It's a type of seal that stops water from leaking up the spindle I would replace the valves ,but it's worth trying to re pack first.
Hi, i have a small leak from the spindle on the outlet of a radiator I've tried nipping up the nut but don't want to over do it I have heard that you can undo the nut and apply ptfe tape to the spindle but assumed that i would get the heating system draining out when i released the nut.
