The farmer, however, can plant crops there So what you do is you make a small observer clock that is constantly updating the dark block This way the villager plants crops there and they immediately break off once the block is updated by the clock The farmer will just stand there feeding it carrots until they are empty and then go to farm. They’re insanely good at this as a result, and can mine & harvest basically everything except a few minor specific items (like extinction furniture and element rocks). Using a lily pad of fertility, which boosts the growth rate of all plants nearby, will target the coffee plant, then crash the game This will constantly happen on loading terrain until farmer's respite is removed, loading the chunk.
