I haven’t tried their gluten friendly crust (i’ve found that the cauliflower crusts taste better in general) Bonus points for having one price for any amount of toppings! The really great thing about mod pizza is that it's one price, unlimited toppings You decide what's on it Personally, i really like this concept, as i know what i want on my pizza I always ask for garlic before the sauce, build it up, then add more garlic on top of the pizza
As for west side, my kids don't like it, but i do It kind of reminds me of godfather's pizza I worked at mod and honestly we don't know anything about the dough itself (as workers), but it comes frozen and you probably know it gets pressed by a machine after covered in flour But your dough will be better because you can make it fresh at home If you are curious about ny style pizza like mod which can also be helpful when it comes to making dough i recommend babish ny pizza Just starting to work there now, and it seems really awesome
