So i have been having the hardest time finding where i'm loosing coolant on my 16 3500

It's not dripping that's why not dripping as far as i can tell. I popped the hood after i got back to the shop and saw this threaded metal fitting screwed into the head on the passenger side I was going to thread it out tomorrow, clean the threads, and wrap it with some new teflon tape.
